Returns a single sequence entry by its id from List Safety Net Sequences, in the same per-owner shape as a list entry.
Entries are per owner and sequence, so this returns exactly the entry whose id you asked for — sibling entries for the same CRM sequence under other owners have their own ids. A 404 means the id doesn't belong to any sequence in your workspace.
