Connected mailboxes are the email accounts your team has connected to Allegrow for sender reputation monitoring. Someone on your team connects a mailbox through the Allegrow app, and from then on Allegrow continuously measures how reliably that mailbox's email reaches the primary inbox — rather than spam or the promotions tab.
Each mailbox carries two things you'll see throughout these endpoints:
- Reputation — a 0–100 score of inbox placement, tracked daily. This is the same figure your colleagues see on the Performance and Leaderboard screens in the app. A new mailbox starts reporting a few days after connection.
- Connection status — whether Allegrow's link to the mailbox is currently healthy.
connectedmeans monitoring is active;disconnectedorcredentials_errormean the owner needs to reconnect it in the app before fresh data can flow.
Each mailbox is normally owned by a user in your workspace — owner can be null if that user has since been removed — and its sending domain rolls up into the Domains view.
One distinction worth knowing before you build: these are not the same population as Safety Net mailboxes. Connected mailboxes are accounts your team plugged into Allegrow for monitoring; Safety Net mailboxes are synced automatically from your sales-engagement platform. A mailbox can be in both lists, either, or neither.
Start with List Connected Mailboxes for the workspace-wide view, then Get Connected Mailbox for one mailbox's day-by-day reputation history.
